Details: Dancers will only be photographed individually for the number of costumes they have signed up for. Sibling dancers each require their own signup for separate photos. You may also add a signup to have siblings photographed together.
Please fill out the form completely and be sure to hit "next" at the bottom and continue to the payment page. If you have more than one dancer, please fill out one form per dancer.
Pricing for individual photos:
Each costume signup receives two individual digital images (two poses for one costume). Group photos will be emailed separately by the studio.
One costume: $25 (2 individual photos)
Two costumes: $50 (4 individual photos)
Three costumes: $75 (6 individual photos)
Four costumes: $95 (8 individual photos)
Five costumes: $115 (10 individual photos)
Six costumes: $130 (12 individual photos)
Seven costumes: $145 (14 individual photos)
Eight costumes: $160 (16 individual photos)
Nine costumes: $175 (18 individual photos)
Ten+ costumes: $185 (20+ individual photos)
Photos will be emailed within 4 weeks.

The DMDA 25th Anniversary Gala
When: Saturday, May 31st

Join us as we celebrate the 25th year of dance at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy.
- The Gala Celebration will honor Tiffany Fox, the original Owner of DMDA, as well as the new studio Owner, Lyndsie Clymer.
- Alumi, this is a great place to connect with dancers from the past.

- Child Platinum $40: Includes a DMDA Plush Toy or Cross Body Bag, Snacks, Drinks(non-alcoholic) and the Dance Party!
- Adult Gold $30: Includes Snacks, Drinks (non-alcoholic) and the Dance Party!
- Adult Double Platinum $45: Includes 2 Bar Tickets. Beer, wine, well drinks will be offered. Plus Snacks and the Dance Party!
