Details: Dancers will only be  photographed individually for the number of costumes they have signed up  for. Sibling dancers each require their own signup for separate photos. You may also add a signup to have siblings photographed together.

Please fill out the form completely and be sure to hit "next" at the bottom and continue to the payment page. If you have more than one dancer, please fill out one form per dancer.

Pricing for individual photos:

Each costume signup receives two individual digital images (two poses for one costume). Group photos will be emailed separately by the studio.

One costume: $25 (2 individual photos)

Two costumes: $50 (4 individual photos)

Three costumes: $75 (6 individual photos)

Four costumes: $95 (8 individual photos)

Five costumes: $115 (10 individual photos)

Six costumes: $130 (12 individual photos)

Seven costumes: $145 (14 individual photos)

Eight costumes: $160 (16 individual photos)

Nine costumes: $175 (18 individual photos)

Ten+ costumes: $185 (20+ individual photos)
